The property is located on the third floor of a social housing building of the middle of the twentieth century in the historical centre of Venice. The project consists of the demolition of some partitions to obtain a large living area and the removal of the ceiling above the apartment to make the view of the roof structure. In proportion to height 4.50 m of new space is configured so made ​​a gallery with a new bathroom which houses the sleeping area and the study area. All fixtures, kitchen, wardrobe, cabinets are custom designed.
